Your insoles come with a lifetime guarantee as long as you register your insoles within 30 days of your purchase. We will replace any TomKats Insole found to be defective during normal use for the lifetime of the product. To activate your warranty, please fill out the form below. When returning the insoles include the original dated sales receipt. After 6 months of purchase include $9.95 S/H domestic or $11.95 international.
Please note that in the rare event that your insoles may burst or break, A Comfort Place is not liable or responsible for damages that may be done to shoes or clothing should there be any, but we will be happy to replace your insoles.
